Mr de' Liguori Carino is a truly outstanding surgeon and the dedication, care and treatment that I received from him can only be described as exceptional and life saving. I have been under his care for over 6 years following developing secondary liver cancer. He gave me great confidence to face a daunting future knowing that I could totally trust his skill and judgement. He has always explained carefully all procedures and listened and addressed all my concerns. Mr de, Liguori Carino gives his all for his patients and I regard the day I first met him as the first day on my road to recovery.

Couldn't have had better care, I cannot praise both the specialist and his staff enough. after the main consultation when everything was explained to me in great detail, I had all the scans and everything moved quickly for me to go in for the operation. I have nothing but praise for Nicola de' Liguori Carino. Also the staff on the wards. It's 2 months on now , Iam feeling really well, I haven't had any chemo, Mr Mullametha said I had enough last year so we would wait till my next scan. once again Thank you !!

Doctor de'liguori helped me through a very sudden and traumatic time. He saw me promptly following the Royal Oldham Hospital finding a huge cyst/mass on my pancreas of which they had no idea what we were dealing with. He was very clear about the operation, what was involved and what any outcomes could be but he did this in a reassuring way as well. He would answer any question clearly and concisely. As the operation was much bigger than I had ever anticipated his first meeting was hard to take in but he did it in such a friendly but still professional manner. His nurse was also as reassuring as he was and I spent many times conversing with her before and after the operation. When I was taken into hospital for my operation I was met by one of his team and again everything was explained to me and Doctor de'liguori said he would ring my husband after the operation to tell him how it all went and he did and explained lots of things about it. I was met on the morning of my op by a number of his team and by Mr de'liguori himself to see him personally was what I needed as I was very scared. He came to see me in recovery and during my 11 days in hospital. Even after whilst in recovery at home and even now he and his team are there to still help me. He is by far for me an inspiration, I know it's his job but for an individual going through something so traumatic he made you feel individual and that you were important and that he cared for you. Without doubt if I ever have anything again within his field I would ask to be referred to him and would recommend him. I can only say good things about the whole of my experience with him.

All information regarding my inguinal hernia was informative and accurate both pre-op and post-op. The operation itself was handled very efficiently and as a result was successful in resolving my problem. I followed post-op advice and, as a consequence, the healing process was very swift and I was soon back to my previous normal physical capability. Overall the process from first consultation through to final discharge was excellent.
